Allegheny Housing Stabilization Collaborative

If you need help with housing stabilization and preventing your eviction start with the Allegheny Housing Stabilization Collaborative, led by ACTION-Housing.  Call the AHSC hotline at 412-248-0021, answered Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, or send an email.  There is in person assistance available at the Housing Stabilization Center, Monday through Thursday 9:30 am to 4:30 pm located at 415 Seventh Avenue (Downtown) Pittsburgh, PA 15219.

If there is a threat of eviction, and you’ve received notice of a pre-filing, contact Just Mediation Pittsburgh at 412-228-0730; please note that this program requires the participation of your landlord.

If there has been an eviction action filed, contact Neighborhood Legal Services at 412-255-6700.
