Walk-Through Wednesday #4: Smithfield Cold Weather Shelter

This week’s Walk-Through Wednesday features our work on the Smithfield United Church of Christ. More than just a church, this building serves as a homeless shelter between the months of November to March. The shelter has capacity for 150 individuals and is often at or close to capacity every night. ACTION-Housing is helping to bring the shelter back to its prime as it provides a crucial service for many Pittsburghers who are in need. The project will be completed by November, critical timing before the winter season begins. Check out the walk-through video below!
