Exciting news – we are now taking applications for our newest affordable housing project! Sixth Ward Flats in Lawrenceville has 35 units comprised of one, two, and three bedroom units and will open in June 2021. Housing Choice Vouchers are accepted and there is a preference for people with disabilities. We anticipate extremely high demand for these units so, make sure to apply as soon as possible!
