In a neighborhood that commands $2,100 a month for a market-rate one-bedroom apartment, we created 35 units of affordable housing with rents ranging from $260-$895. All rents are affordable to those with incomes less than 60% area median income and eight units were designated for individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities.
