We are excited to share some progress photos of Operation Better Block‘s James T. Givner Building project in Homewood!
There is a fresh coat of paint on the upper section of the building, new windows have been installed, and framing is almost complete on half of the interior.
Special thanks to Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA), Allegheny County Government Economic Development Department, Hillman Foundation, Heinz Endowments, and the RK Mellon Foundation for funding this project and Nelcon Inc General Contracting for coordinating the construction portion of this project.
