Earlier this week, two of our MyPlace Case Managers visited Costco at the Waterfront to pick up a large donation of food for MyPlace and McKeesport Downtown Housing Clients. This has become an annual tradition thanks to the coordination lead by our ACTION-Housing, Inc. Board President. For ten years now, the Waterfront Costco has provided a large donation of unsold perishable items to be distributed to clients of the MyPlace Program and homeless individuals who are temporarily residing in the McKeesport Downtown Housing. We thank our strong MyPlace Case Managers for pushing those heavy carts and thank our Board President and Costco at the Waterfront for their charitable efforts to feed those in most need during the holiday season!
