Today is officially ACTION-Housing Day in the City of Pittsburgh!
We had a wonderful afternoon celebrating 65 years of service at the William Penn Hotel today. Due to the pandemic, this was the first annual luncheon in three years and it felt great to have everyone together in person again.
We want to congratulate our honorees this afternoon. ACTION-Housing’s Award of Excellence was presented to Allegheny County Department of Human Services, City of Pittsburgh, Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, and The Pittsburgh Foundation.
The ACTION-Housing employee recognition awards went to: Paula Blacksmith for the Emma Jean Lewis Outstanding Teamwork Award and the Roger S. Alhbrandt, Jr. Outstanding Client Service Award went to Ken Provlic. Way to go!
