How do I apply?
Traditional Apartments
To apply for traditional apartment-style properties:
1.) Visit the Brandywine Communities Income-Based Property Listings website
2.) Click on the property for which you want to apply
3.) Scroll to the bottom of the property page and fill out the “Apply Now” application
Once you submit your application, property management will review it and be in touch about on your status on the waitlist.
Single Room Occupancy (SRO) Apartments
To apply for single room occupancy housing at Centre Avenue Housing, Residences at Wood Street, or McKeesport Downtown Housing:
1.) Visit the Pittsburgh SRO Housing website
2.) Click on the property for which you want to apply
3.) Contact the Leasing Agent shown on the property page for specific application instructions
4.) Select application type (full application, or signature pages only)
